Sunggiardi Construction (SGD) is an Holistic Premium Home Building Service who are based in Jakarta, Indonesia. SGD has been around for more than 50 years, spanning for 3 Generation.

The name Sunggiardi come from Javanese Words; Sunggih (uphold) and Ardi (motherland), in which together means “to uphold the Motherland”. Sunggiardi is a transliteration from Chinese Surname “Dai (戴)” as on 1970s, Indonesian Chinese are mandated to change its name to Indonesian. The name SGD itself is a nickname given by an expatriate client to make him easier to pronounce, which we used our identity until now.

The history of SGD interweaving with modern Bogor City development. Living in Indonesia, as a new independent country, Arthur, the 1st Generation, start his small business as a builder in Bogor’s Chinatown. The business is then continued by Ricardo, the 2nd Generation, further solidify the reputation as Premium Home Builders in Bogor City.

Now, chaired by Reza, the 3rd Generation, Sunggiardi is reformed as modern company which serves wider range of Home Building service from consultation to after-care to beyond.

SGD wants to be remembered in 2 things:
